Residents are permitted to have only 2 cats, 2 dogs, or a combination

thereof for a maximum of 2 pets on the premises at any one time. There are no size restrictions on pets. Pit Bulls, Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers are not permitted on the property.

The Clubhouse area is open for use from 8:30am to 11:30pm daily. The business center is open from 8:30am to 11:30pm daily. The theater room may be used only by a reservation made through the Association office. The fitness center is open from 5:00am to 11:30pm daily. The main pool is open from dawn to 10:00pm daily. The satellite pool is open from dawn to 10:00pm daily.

No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere within the perimeter. The gazebo & tiki bar are open from 8:00am to 10:30pm Sunday through Thursday and from 8:00am to 11:30pm Friday and Saturday. The only place where fishing is permitted is at The Point at the far northeast corner of the property. Tennis courts are open from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily. The tot-lot is open daily from dawn to dusk.
